Wow....I really wonder is the carrier man do really read this blogs...
Just got a call today from them and they say they will do the test to check for any leakage (without ever mentioning any charges).....
Perhaps they now know our frustrations as our installation is still under warranty and their compressor too....So any pushing of blame to each other (Toshiba and the installation contractor) is going to piss me off.
So, I hope that they can resolve this issue as the weather is really hot the past days when the air-con is down....
Maybe my views of them will change....Wish me lots of luck.
